If you need to do some complex math calculations or loop control and you don't want to go though implementing these logics using ladder logic style in your ladder logic POU, you can add structured text code using the EXECUTE box from the ladder logic toolbox.  

From the toolbox, drag and drop the Execute toolbox into a network. Write your structured text code inside the box.
