I am using TwinCAT Scope to capture EtherCAT PDO data. After enabling Distributed Clocks (DC) with a 1 ms cycle time, some data samples appear to be missing. The EtherCAT slave is transmitting the PDO data correctly, and the data exchange seems to be functioning properly. I am sending a counter value from the slave that increments by 1 in every cycle. However, when monitoring the PDO in TwinCAT Scope, some consecutive samples show the same counter value, making it appear that certain samples are not being captured. Could this be a limitation of TwinCAT Scope or a configuration issue ?
