To attach a media into your post, click on 'My Media' first. Then select 'Add Files' and browse the file you want to insert. Click 'Start' button to upload the media.
Once the media is uploaded, you can insert the file anywhere in your post by placing the cursor to the place you would like and pressing the 'Add To Post' or 'Insert Into Post' buttons. The file then will be inserted into your post.
