I am using a Beckhoff CX2020 PLC to implement Modbus TCP servers. I want to add 12 Modbus servers on one PLC using the same IP address but different port and ID numbers. I have implemented this solution on a Siemens PLC before.

How can I achieve this on a Beckhoff PLC? How can I configure this in the TwinCAT Modbus XML configuration file?

Currently, I can only get Modbus communication working with a single server on Port 502.

for example:

Server 1 port:502 id:1

server 2 port:503 id:2

server 3 port:504 id:3 

.....

server 12 port:513 id:12
