IPC usage goes to 100% load and it can no longer operate because of an infinite loop in the plc logic. You can enable watchdog monitoring in the plc settings. Adjust the 'watchdog cycles' in accordance with your application so that PLC Run-up excess doesn't get triggered.

 After enabling these options, if an endless loop gets triggered again, an exception will occur and corresponding exception position will be displayed in TwinCAT.
