Did anyone here have the experience upgrading Twincat runtime con CP 6706 from Tc2 to Tc3.

My company bought one for a long time ago (as attached) and put it in the storage, now they want me to make it run but I've found that the run time is on Tc 2.11.

I one time update a CX9020 to Tc3.4 using "Beckhoff CE Image file" but that PLC already come with CE7 and TC3, just older version and that PLC not often used so I cannot assure that the scenario is the same.

Will the CP require some additional licenses after the upgrade?

I am streaming pictures using the File Source, however, I am getting the exception below at line 12. The F_VN_CopyIntoDisplayableImage function is throwing an unknown exception.

I would appreciate if anyone guides me through how to fix this error. Thanks a lot in advance!
